My family and friends mean the world to me. Very literally. So much so that I grab photos of them as often as I can, despite how much they express how much they hate being in front of the camera.
Above there is one of my favourite recent shots of my nephew, Reeve. He is just one of those bundles that lights up a room full of people whenever he's in it. I can't wait for him to start talking because I'm sure he's going to make us all laugh and smile with whatever words come out. Just look at that smile! (by the way, he's playing peek-a-boo and having more fun with it than I've seen anyone else have before).
For this next SG Photo challenge I ask that you turn the camera towards those who mean something very special to you in your life. The family members who brighten your day. The friends whom you could never live without. They don't even necessarily have to be people (family pets definitely count, but watch the number of cat pictures you send in, I have a limit).
And of course down below is an animated GIF created with several photos I snapped in succession of my girlfriend, Candice. She's just going to LOVE that I included that in this post, but it always makes me smile. She is day-by-day getting used to me taking snapshots of her when she's looking particularly lovely.
Submissions should be in by Noon on Sunday June 29th. Post this challenge around to show people what you are involved in and invite them to join, as well.
